Htech International LLCEffective date: 3 September 2026 · Last updated: 3 September 2026This Privacy Policy describes how Htech International LLC ("Htech International", "we", "us", "our") handles information across all of our mobile applications and websites.Part One sets out the principles that apply to everything we publish, and defines the data profiles our applications fall into. Part Two lists each application and the profile that applies to it.Our general approach: we collect the minimum data an application needs in order to function, we never sell personal data, and where an application can work entirely offline, it does.

PART ONE — General terms

1. Who we are

2. Scope

This Policy covers all applications published by Htech International LLC on Google Play and the Apple App Store, and this website. Each application is assigned a data profile in Part Two. The profile definitions in section 3 below determine what data that application handles.

3. Data profiles

Every application we publish falls into one of the profiles below. The profile assigned to each application is listed in Part Two.

Profile A — Offline

The application works entirely on your device. It has no user accounts, requires no internet connection to function, and requests no device permissions.

• Collected: nothing.
• Transmitted: nothing.
• Third-party services: none.
• Stored on your device: application state — such as game progress, settings, and preferences — saved in local storage. This is technical state, not personal data. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it.
• How to delete it: use the reset option inside the application, clear the app's storage in your device settings, or uninstall the application.

Profile B — Ad-supported

The application works as described in Profile A, and additionally displays advertising provided by Google AdMob.

• Collected and transmitted by AdMob: the device advertising identifier (AAID on Android, IDFA on iOS), IP address, and basic device and app usage information required to select and measure ads.
• Processed by: Google, as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
• Your control: you can reset or delete the advertising identifier at any time in your device settings, and opt out of personalised advertising there. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before personalised ads are shown, and you can withdraw that consent at any time in the application's settings.
• Collected by us: nothing beyond the above. We do not operate our own analytics or servers for these applications.

Profile C — Connected

The application connects to external services in order to deliver its features, such as retrieving live data.

• Transmitted: the requests necessary to retrieve the data the application displays, together with the technical information any internet connection involves, such as your IP address.
• Collected by us: account information you provide directly, where the application offers accounts, and the minimum data needed to operate the requested features.
• Third-party services: the data sources and infrastructure providers the application relies on. Where such a provider processes data outside your country, that transfer is covered by section 9.
• Advertising: where a Profile C application also displays advertising, the terms of Profile B apply in addition.

Profile D — Ad-supported with leaderboard

The application works as described in Profile B, and additionally submits a score to a public leaderboard operated by Htech International LLC.

• Transmitted to us: a random identifier generated on your device the first time you play, the company name you choose inside the application, and in-game statistics — population, net worth, level and city rank. No account, no email address, no real name, and no device or advertising identifier is sent to our leaderboard.
• Purpose: to show a public ranking of players inside the application.
• Published: the name you choose and your in-game statistics are visible to every player of the application. Choose a name you are comfortable making public. You can change it at any time inside the application; the leaderboard updates on your next submission.
• Frequency: once per day at most, while the application is open.
• Processed and stored by: Cloudflare, Inc. (Workers KV), on servers in Cloudflare's global network, under its own privacy policy: https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/
• Retention: only the highest 100 entries are kept. Entries outside the top 100 are removed automatically as other players submit theirs.
• Deletion: write to us with the name shown on the leaderboard and we will delete the entry. You can also reset the application, which generates a new random identifier and leaves the previous entry to expire.
• Advertising: the terms of Profile B apply in addition.
• Legal basis (GDPR): legitimate interest in operating a competitive feature that players expect from this type of application. The data involved is a self-chosen name and game statistics; no identifying information is collected.

4. How we use information

Where an application does collect data, we use it only to operate and improve that application, to provide the features the user has requested, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not use personal data for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address above. We aim to respond within 30 days. Where an application holds no personal data about you, we will tell you so — there is nothing for us to retrieve or erase, and any data the app has created stays under your own control on your device.

6. Children

None of our applications knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13, or the equivalent minimum age in the user's jurisdiction. Applications directed at a general audience are not designed to attract children, and we comply with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the Google Play Families Policy, and Apple's requirements for apps accessible to children.Applications in Profile B and Profile D are configured so that advertising served to users below the applicable age of consent is non-personalised.If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to the data an application handles. Data stored only on your device is protected by your operating system's own safeguards and by the sandboxing that Android and iOS apply to every installed application. Data transmitted by our applications is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS).

8. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected for, or as long as the law requires. Applications that collect nothing have no retention period. Data stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it or uninstall the application. Data held by third-party providers is retained according to their own policies, linked in section 3. Leaderboard entries are retained as described in Profile D.

9. International transfers

Where an application transmits data outside your country, the recipient is the third-party provider identified in the applicable profile. Applications in Profile A transmit no data and perform no international transfers.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when our applications change or when the law requires it. The revised version is published on this page with a new "Last updated" date.Adding a new application to the table in Part Two is not a material change, provided it falls into a profile already defined in section 3. Material changes — in particular moving an existing application to a profile that involves more data collection than before — are published before the version introducing them is released.
